胶质图谱

在通过甲状腺细针抽吸得到的 ThinPrep®玻片上,通常会有胶状物质。胶状物质较多是良性卵泡甲状腺病变的特征;而胶状物质较少,则可怀疑是恶性肿瘤。但是,最终应依据核仁的特征和结构来对恶性肿瘤病变进行诊断。诊断细胞病理学刊载了由 Mark A. Tulecke 和 Helen H. Wang 提供的文章(2004 年第 1 期、第 30 卷、第 7-13 页);该文章甚为有用,文章题为 “ThinPrep®for Cytologic Evaluation of Follicular Thyroid Lesions: Correlation With Histologic Findings”。在该文章中,提供了不同外貌胶状物质的图片和说明。

为进一步协助胶状物质的分辨工作,我们已建立了图库,用于展示不同胶状物质的形态外貌,该图库可作为参考指南使用。随着案例收集工作的开展,还会增加更多的图片。
